Mortgage AI Dispatch offers educational material and interactive, synthetic mortgage scenarios. Our free lessons do not require a login and does not ask for names, email addresses, real mortgage documents, or loan details.
Optional Google Analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, this website loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-QL2RPYZ8QF). It can collect page visits, referring traffic sources, approximate location, device/browser information, and interaction events such as which answer choice (A, B, or C) visitors select, when they complete an Audit, and broad shortcut practice categories. We do not send typed field IDs, raw free text, or borrower data. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits. We use this information to understand which educational experiences are useful.
We do not send free-text answers, names, email addresses, loan numbers, or loan details in our custom quiz event parameters. Google may process technical data as described in its own policies. The reports may not include visitors who decline analytics or block tracking, so counts are estimates.
Your choice
Analytics is off by default until you opt in. If you select No thanks, we do not load the Google Analytics tag on that page. You can revisit your decision via Analytics choices. We retain the permission choice in your browser’s local storage to avoid repeatedly asking you. Removing your browser’s site data resets that choice.
